GameSparcs held a Board of Directors meeting today (5th) to approve the financial reports for the 2025 fiscal year. In accordance with the Articles of Incorporation, the Board resolved to distribute a cash dividend of NT$0.02 per share. The Annual General Shareholders' Meeting is scheduled for June 11, 2026. The company’s consolidated operating revenue for 2025 reached NT$884,014 thousand, a 10.22% increase from NT$802,063 thousand in 2024. This growth was primarily driven by contributions from online games and licensing of Lan-based gaming systems. Operating income for 2025 was NT$5,230 thousand, a decrease of NT$73,134 thousand compared to the previous year. This decline was mainly due to increased operating expenses resulting from expanded investment in R&D resources to meet business demands.Net income attributable to owners of the parent was NT$924 thousand, with an EPS of NT$0.02. While these figures are lower than the previous year, the company recorded a profit of NT$20,195 thousand in the fourth quarter of 2025, signaling a return to a growth trajectory.
Looking ahead to 2026, GameSparcs will deeply integrate the Group’s global R&D and operational resources. The company plans to implement AI applications to enhance product competitiveness and operational efficiency. In addition to stabilizing its online gaming and software licensing businesses, the company will pursue multi-faceted expansion into overseas markets to scale operations. Furthermore, in response to evolving regulations and market environments, GameSparcs will establish a robust risk management mechanism and combine online and offline gaming resources, aiming for steady growth in international competition through flexible business strategies.
